• Created by authorized administrators from within our platform dashboard.
• Linked to the waiter's phone number and password.
• Used solely for internal business operations related to managing and verifying customer orders.

3. Actions Performed by Waiters

Once logged in, waiters can:

• Verify or unverify orders
• Report orders as fake or genuine
• Log out of their account

No sensitive personal information or customer data is entered or stored by the waiters themselves.

We use the limited data collected to:

• Authenticate the waiter and authorize access
• Track order verification actions
• Maintain the integrity of our order management system

We take data protection seriously. All user credentials are stored securely and are never shared with any external party. Access to waiter accounts is controlled and restricted to the assigned individual only.

• Diagnostic data and error logs
• Performance traces and profiling information

Waiters can:
